Returns 

  • We accept returns on all non-sale merchandise unless noted as final sale below. Please contact us at savannah@savsanmo.com or 310-458-2095 within 7 days of receiving your order to be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your RA# to be eligible for a return. We suggest that you insure your return. Savannah will not be responsible for lost shipments. You can also fill out a return request form online.

  • Please mail your return with the original receipt and the RA# written on the box to:

  • Items must be in new and unworn condition with original tags attached.

  • Upon acceptance and inspection of the returned package, refunds will be issued within 48 hours.

  • We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our conditions stated here. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Any return that falls outside of the 7 day from date of receipt window will be returned to sender at customerโ€™s expense.

  • We carefully inspect all merchandise before it is shipped out. Return items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered and in no way damaged from misuse. All items must have the original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in the original box with all the packaging material and the dust bags.

  • Handbags, jewelry, accessories, scarves and SALE MERCHANDISE are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • Due to our limited inventory we are unable to offer exchanges for online purchases. However, if you would like to exchange an item, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
